✦ Table Runners template
Haloed badge · Restaurant
A seal in the centre: concentric rings, a word inside, micro-captions around the edge.
Set in Slab vintage on the Restaurant palette — a vintage pairing drawn for food & drink. The canvas is 24 × 72", the trim size the press cuts to, with the bleed and the safety margin already in place.

What you can change
Everything. The template opens as ordinary layers — headline, supporting lines, contacts, rules and blocks of colour — so you rewrite the words, swap the palette for your own brand colours, drop your logo in place of the mark, and move anything that sits wrong. The placeholder wording is deliberately the length of real copy, so a layout that holds here holds with your text too.
When it looks right, the artwork travels with you to Fabric Banner or any other table runners in the catalogue, where stock, quantity and turnaround are priced live. We proof every job in Sun Valley before it goes on press.
How this file has to be built
- Bleed 0.125" · safety 0.125"
- Backgrounds run 0.125" past the cut line so trimming never opens a white sliver; anything that must survive stays 0.125" inside it. The studio canvas is the cut line itself — magenta edge — and the dashed guide inside it is the safety margin.
- 150 DPI at final size
- Large format is read from a distance, so 150 DPI in size is the honest number — more is wasted file, not sharper print. Printed on one side.
- Keep 2" clear of the edge
- Grommets, pole pockets, hems and frame lips all eat the border. Type that close is hidden by the hardware, not by the press.
- · Hemming folds roughly 1 in of every edge back — keep artwork 2 in inside.
- · Fabric ink sinks in slightly: solids read a touch softer than on vinyl, and hairlines below 1 pt close up.
- · Blockout fabric is the option that stops the table showing through a light design.

- Where should the logo go on a runner?
- On the front drop — the part that hangs over the edge of the table. The section lying flat on the tabletop is seen at an angle by people already standing at your booth.
- Can it be washed?
- Yes, printed polyester fabric is machine washable cold and should be hung to dry. Do not iron directly on the print.
