Portable Trade Show Displays & Stands

Most of the displays in this category are built to travel. Retractable banners roll back into their base, tension fabric stands collapse into a carry bag, and Velcro fabric pop-ups fold flat into a soft bag or a wheeled hard case. SEG frames pack down and take new graphics next season, and event tents can be ordered with a carry bag and four sandbags.

If the hardware is already in storage, several displays can be ordered as the printed graphic alone: SEG replacement graphics, tent canopies without a frame and fabric pop-up graphics without the frame. An update for the next show then means a new graphic rather than a new kit.

For a compact trade show booth, lobby or conference hallway, a retractable banner stores its graphic inside the base and is available with smooth vinyl or wrinkle-resistant fabric. A tension fabric stand uses an 8.8 oz. printed sleeve pulled over a tube frame for a flat face without a curled edge; front-only and front-and-back printing are listed choices.

For a wider booth wall, SEG fabric presses into the frame with a silicone edge for a borderless face, with non-lit and lightbox versions offered. Table throws use 8.8 oz. polyester fabric and can cover three sides for an open back or four sides for rear coverage. Match the format to the available floor or table space and to whether the display needs to travel between Los Angeles events.

Graphic-only ordering is available only where that product lists it. Before ordering a replacement, match the size and production template to the frame already on hand rather than assuming that a similarly named display is compatible.
