Angels Print — Production Director
Our own business card, printed six ways at once
The card we hand out, built as a demonstration of what one 3.5 x 2 in rectangle can carry: 4/4 CMYK, a silver hot-foil wordmark, combination emboss registered to that same foil at 0.2 mm, spot gloss UV on the diagonal pattern and the frame, a cyan painted edge around the whole perimeter, and a die-cut R 0.125 in corner. Stock is 32 pt cotton duplex with a black core under soft-touch matte lamination on both sides. Six processes have to hit the same sheet in register, and the 4.4 pt reversed type is why it runs digital and UV rather than offset.

Ferluno Metalworks, Los Angeles
58-page product catalogue for a custom metalwork shop
Ferluno fabricates doors, gates, railings, panels, lighting and outdoor metalwork to order, and needed one book that could carry the whole range to a client meeting. We produced Volume I of their product catalogue — 58 pages, saddle-stitch bound, printed in-house. Dark, low-key photography over most of the spread area is the hardest thing to hold on press: it shows every banding artefact and every gain shift, so the interior was proofed against a device-CMYK build with the ink limit held down rather than left to default.

Apex Ream — premium carbonless paper
Ream wrap and master carton with raised UV varnish
A full packaging set for a carbonless paper line: the ream wrap (8.75 x 11.25 in face, 2.5 in spine) and the 10-ream bulk master carton (17.75 x 12.75 in face, 11.5 in side). Navy and gold throughout, with the wordmark, rules and certification marks raised in clear UV varnish over the flat ink — the varnish is built as its own height layer in the artwork, so the gold reads as pressed into the board rather than printed on it.

Multi-location dental clinic, Hollywood
Perforated vinyl window clings for a dental practice
