Build a campaign around the envelope, insert and response
Custom business envelopes, promotional envelopes and return envelopes have different roles. Choose an outer envelope that fits the complete insert stack, then check the address layout and closure. A remittance envelope belongs inside a fundraising package and must also fit the reply card that comes back.
For company envelopes with a logo, confirm the print area and whether the chosen product supports edge-to-edge artwork. A finished envelope template is not interchangeable with a flat sheet. Keep one approved organization name, return address and contact block across envelopes, postcards and presentation pieces.
Printing a direct mail piece is separate from postage and mail preparation. Identify the mailing method and whoever handles addressing or route preparation before finalizing artwork. Use postcards for one focused offer, a brochure for a sequence of details, and a rack card for a compact takeaway.

The Marketing Material catalog includes products such as Postcards, Direct Mail Postcards, Rack Cards, Doorhangers, Presentation Folder, Pocket Folders, Greeting Cards and Envelopes Premade. Each product has its own listed sizes, stocks, finishing and quantity choices, so confirm those options on the selected configurator.
Can you print pieces for a direct mail campaign?
Direct Mail Postcards lists 4 × 6, 5 × 7, 4.25 × 5.5, 5.5 × 8.5, 6 × 9 and 8.5 × 11 sizes, plus Custom Size. Its configurator includes front-only or front-and-back printing, variable data and quantities from 500 through 50,000.
How do I set up files, and how fast can a campaign be printed?
Digital Printing lists print-ready PDF/X as preferred and also accepts AI, EPS, TIFF and high-resolution JPG/PNG; its process specifies 300 dpi, CMYK and 1/8-inch bleed. Production is selected per product configurator, while pickup in Sun Valley is free and delivery costs at least $50. The final charge depends on the ZIP and items; unknown freight is quoted separately.
