These terms govern your use of Angels Print and any order you place with us. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders & proofs
All orders are custom-produced from the artwork and specifications you submit. You are responsible for the accuracy of your files, spelling, colors and layout. We provide a digital proof on request; production begins after your approval and we are not liable for errors present in approved files.
Pricing & payment
Prices shown at checkout are final for the configuration selected. Payment is captured at checkout via Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice.
Turnaround & shipping
Standard production is 3–5 business days; a 24-hour rush is available on most products. Turnaround begins after artwork approval, not at checkout. Free U.S. ground shipping applies to orders over $100; delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Color & material variance
Because printing is a physical process, slight variation in color, trim and material is normal and not considered a defect. Screen colors are not an exact match to printed output; request a hard proof for critical color.
Returns & reprints
Custom-printed products are not returnable. If an order arrives with a production defect or shipping damage, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will reprint or refund at our discretion — our 100% quality guarantee.
Content & liability
You warrant that you own or are licensed to use all artwork you submit and that it does not infringe third-party rights. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
