Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Angels Print and any order you place with us. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders & proofs
All orders are custom-produced from the artwork and specifications you submit. You are responsible for the accuracy of your files, spelling, colors and layout. We provide a digital proof on request. Manufacturing starts immediately after payment. We are not liable for errors present in approved files.
Pricing & payment
Prices shown at checkout are final for the configuration selected. Payment is captured at checkout via Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice.
Turnaround & shipping
Production choices are Rush · 1–2 business days (default), Express · 5 business days and Standard · 10 business days. Manufacturing starts immediately after payment. Production time is independent of quantity, and delivery time is additional. Delivery in Los Angeles County and across the U.S. costs at least $50. The final charge depends on the items and destination ZIP and is shown at checkout when available. Oversized items and freight may require a separate delivery quote — call (818) 806-9006 or request a quote at angelsprint.com/contact. The $50 minimum is not a fixed freight quote. Pickup in Sun Valley is always free. Delivery discounts and promotions do not reduce the charge below $50. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Color & material variance
Because printing is a physical process, slight variation in color, trim and material is normal and not considered a defect. Screen colors are not an exact match to printed output; request a hard proof for critical color.
Returns & reprints
Custom-printed products are not returnable. If an order arrives with a production defect or shipping damage, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will reprint or refund at our discretion — our 100% quality guarantee.
Content & liability
You warrant that you own or are licensed to use all artwork you submit and that it does not infringe third-party rights. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
SMS Terms
By opting in to texts from Angels Print — at checkout, in person, or by texting us first — you agree to receive order updates, proofs-ready notifications and occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
