Folded Business Cards templates
A folded card gives you four panels instead of two: cover, inside spread and back. The sizes below are the flat sheet — 3.5 × 4 inches scores across the middle and closes to a standard 3.5 × 2 card, 4 × 3.5 folds on the side. Lay out the flat sheet in the studio and keep the fold line clear of small type.

How this file has to be built
- Bleed 0.125" · safety 0.125"
- Backgrounds run 0.125" past the cut line so trimming never opens a white sliver; anything that must survive stays 0.125" inside it. The studio canvas is the cut line itself — magenta edge — and the dashed guide inside it is the safety margin.
- 300 DPI at final size
- Small format is read at arm's length, so photos and logos need the full 300. One side or both, your choice at checkout.
- Raised spot UV mask
- These ride as separate masks, not as part of the artwork: 100% black where the layer lands, white where it does not. Design the ink in the studio and send the mask alongside it.
- · Keep type at least 0.125 in clear of the score — heavy stock cracks slightly along the fold and pulls ink with it.
- · Order the sheet as scored-and-folded or scored-only; scored-only ships flat for hand assembly.

- Are the sizes here the open or the closed card?
- Open. 3.5 × 4 inches is the flat sheet; folded it becomes the familiar 3.5 × 2 card. Design on the flat sheet and the fold lands where the studio shows it.
- Can I print inside the fold?
- Yes — order it printed outside and inside and all four panels take ink. Outside-only leaves the inner spread blank, which is cheaper and fine for a card used as a coupon.
