About this product
Four printed panels instead of two: a folded card carries appointment reminders, a short menu, a price list, or a loyalty punch grid without making you hand over a second piece. Cards are scored before folding so the crease stays sharp, and 3.5 x 4 with a top or side fold is the common setup. Print on 16PT Coated Both Sides for durability, or 100# Classic Crest Linen for a softer, textured feel, then finish with dull matte or soft touch lamination. Salons, clinics, and restaurants around the San Fernando Valley order these regularly.

Questions about Folded Business Cards
How much do custom folded business cards cost?
Custom folded business cards at Angels Print start at $1000.18. The final price depends on size, material, finish and quantity — the live online configurator on this page shows your exact price instantly as you choose options.
Which business card stock should I choose?
Angels Print offers premium uncoated, silk, kraft, linen, frosted clear plastic, metal and gold-foil stocks. Uncoated suits writable cards, soft-touch feels premium, and metal or foil makes a card stand out. You can preview each stock live on the product page.
Can I order folded business cards in a custom size?
Choose from the preset options shown in the configurator. For a different size, request a custom quote before ordering so we can confirm what is possible.
How fast can I get folded business cards printed?
Choose Rush · 1–2 business days (default), Express · 5 business days or Standard · 10 business days. Manufacturing starts immediately after payment. Production time is independent of quantity; delivery time is additional.
What artwork files do you accept?
Use the file types listed beside the artwork upload. Supply a print-ready file at the correct size with the bleed and safe area required for your product. Artwork uploaded directly is attached as supplied; the Design Studio has a separate layout and export step. Attaching a file does not confirm that its colors, fonts or cut lines have passed production checks.
Do you ship folded business cards nationwide?
Yes — Angels Print offers nationwide shipping, with a shop in Sun Valley, California. Delivery options depend on the selected item and order. Pickup at our Sun Valley shop is always free. Delivery costs at least $50; higher calculated charges apply. Legacy delivery thresholds and promotion codes do not change that charge. We calculate the available delivery charge at checkout from your ZIP and the items in the order. Oversized items and freight may require a separate delivery quote — call (818) 806-9006 or request a quote at angelsprint.com/contact. The $50 minimum is not a fixed freight quote.
