About this product
Print on both faces and the usual worry is the back image ghosting through the front. An opaque 18oz. Blockout core rules that out, so each face stays clean and legible. Street poles, event entrances, and hanging displays are where these earn their keep. Finish with hemmed edges, pole pockets, or grommets on two-foot centers, whichever suits the mounting. Dimensions start at 24 x 48 and reach 36 x 72, and fully custom is no problem. The material takes repeated outdoor use. Delivery costs at least $50; the final charge depends on the ZIP code and items. Sizes that cannot ship by mail require a separate delivery or freight quote. Pickup in Sun Valley is free.

Questions about Blockout Vinyl Banner
How much do custom blockout vinyl banners cost?
Custom blockout vinyl banners at Angels Print start at $1096.70. The final price depends on size, material, finish and quantity — the live online configurator on this page shows your exact price instantly as you choose options.
What material is best for outdoor banners and signs?
Match the material and mounting method to where the sign will be used. Flexible banners, rigid panels and window graphics have different installation requirements. Check the materials and finishing options on this product, and confirm suitability for your surface and exposure before ordering for outdoor use.
Can I order blockout vinyl banners in a custom size?
Yes. Choose Custom Size in the configurator and enter your dimensions within the displayed limits. Custom: 12–96 × 12–480 in; presets also available
How fast can I get blockout vinyl banners printed?
Choose Rush · 1–2 business days (default), Express · 5 business days or Standard · 10 business days. Manufacturing starts immediately after payment. Production time is independent of quantity; delivery time is additional.
What artwork files do you accept?
Use the file types listed beside the artwork upload. Supply a print-ready file at the correct size with the bleed and safe area required for your product. Artwork uploaded directly is attached as supplied; the Design Studio has a separate layout and export step. Attaching a file does not confirm that its colors, fonts or cut lines have passed production checks.
Do you ship blockout vinyl banners nationwide?
Yes — Angels Print offers nationwide shipping, with a shop in Sun Valley, California. Delivery options depend on the selected item and order. Pickup at our Sun Valley shop is always free. Delivery costs at least $50; higher calculated charges apply. Legacy delivery thresholds and promotion codes do not change that charge. We calculate the available delivery charge at checkout from your ZIP and the items in the order. Oversized items and freight may require a separate delivery quote — call (818) 806-9006 or request a quote at angelsprint.com/contact. The $50 minimum is not a fixed freight quote.
