Photography-heavy work is unforgiving, and headshots printed badly are the fastest way to make a company look amateur. We run rich-black builds instead of flat 100K black, hold ink coverage where the press wants it, and proof skin tones before the run rather than after. Gallery announcements, season brochures, and dance studio class schedules all get the same treatment. Tri-fold brochures for a studio's fall session work well on 100 lb silk text — enough weight to feel considered, matte enough that the schedule stays readable under house lights. Restaurants on Lankershim and Magnolia keep us busy with menu printing. Dinner menus on 14 pt C2S with gloss laminate wipe clean between seatings and hold up through a Friday rush; paper placemat menus on 70 lb uncoated are cheap enough to reprint whenever the kitchen changes a dish. Send us whatever the designer gave you — InDesign package, Illustrator, a flattened PDF, even Canva. We check bleed, convert to CMYK, and set imposition so the page order of a saddle-stitched booklet actually comes out right, which is where most self-printed program books fall apart. Page counts on saddle stitch have to land in multiples of four; if your content is at 14 pages we'll tell you the cleanest way to get to 16 rather than letting you find out at the bindery.
