Bleed 0.125" · safety 0.125"

Backgrounds run 0.125" past the cut line so trimming never opens a white sliver; anything that must survive stays 0.125" inside it. The studio canvas is the cut line itself — magenta edge — and the dashed guide inside it is the safety margin.

300 DPI at final size

Small format is read at arm's length, so photos and logos need the full 300. Both sides print — design them as two different pages.

Foil mask · Raised spot UV mask

These ride as separate masks, not as part of the artwork: 100% black where the layer lands, white where it does not. Design the ink in the studio and send the mask alongside it.

• · Page count must be a multiple of four — the catalogue sells 8 to 52 pages.
• · Sizes are the finished (folded) page, not the flat spread.
• · Keep type 0.25 in clear of the spine: thicker booklets creep, and the inner pages trim narrower than the outer ones.
