About this product
Campaign season, a grand opening, a house going on the market: each one ends up needing lawn signs, and coroplast is the board they print on. Two gauges are stocked. The rugged 8mm white board buys a longer life outdoors; 4mm is the everyday choice. Grommets and H-stakes cut the install down to seconds. Printing is full color plus white, which keeps a message legible under sun and weather. Panels run 18 x 18 through 36 x 24, or name your own dimension. Rush: 1–2 business days (selected by default). Express: 5 business days. Standard: 10 business days. Production starts immediately after payment; delivery time is additional.
Corrugated plastic signs: thickness, color and mounting
Choose the board for the mounting method as well as the design. This Coroplast product offers 4mm or 8mm material in white or black, front-only or front-and-back printing, and rectangular or custom shapes. For a message read from two approaches, prepare each printed face deliberately rather than mirroring text.
Select H-stakes for a lawn sign or choose the grommet arrangement needed for a fence or hanging display. For repeat signs, enter the actual finished dimensions and quantity before comparing totals; a thicker board and additional mounting options are different configurations.

Questions about Coroplast
How much do custom coroplast cost?
Custom coroplast at Angels Print start at $1012.46. The final price depends on size, material, finish and quantity — the live online configurator on this page shows your exact price instantly as you choose options.
What material is best for outdoor banners and signs?
Match the material and mounting method to where the sign will be used. Flexible banners, rigid panels and window graphics have different installation requirements. Check the materials and finishing options on this product, and confirm suitability for your surface and exposure before ordering for outdoor use.
Can I order coroplast in a custom size?
Yes. Choose Custom Size in the configurator and enter your dimensions within the displayed limits. Custom: 12–48 × 12–96 in; presets also available
How fast can I get coroplast printed?
Choose Rush · 1–2 business days (default), Express · 5 business days or Standard · 10 business days. Manufacturing starts immediately after payment. Production time is independent of quantity; delivery time is additional.
What artwork files do you accept?
Use the file types listed beside the artwork upload. Supply a print-ready file at the correct size with the bleed and safe area required for your product. Artwork uploaded directly is attached as supplied; the Design Studio has a separate layout and export step. Attaching a file does not confirm that its colors, fonts or cut lines have passed production checks.
Do you ship coroplast nationwide?
Yes — Angels Print offers nationwide shipping, with a shop in Sun Valley, California. Delivery options depend on the selected item and order. Pickup at our Sun Valley shop is always free. Delivery costs at least $50; higher calculated charges apply. Legacy delivery thresholds and promotion codes do not change that charge. We calculate the available delivery charge at checkout from your ZIP and the items in the order. Oversized items and freight may require a separate delivery quote — call (818) 806-9006 or request a quote at angelsprint.com/contact. The $50 minimum is not a fixed freight quote.
