Keep the cut information vector and hidden in the print-ready file. Its actual outline needs to match the job.
WHITE SUPPORT · only if required
When the job includes white support, the reference calls for a separate vector layer named WHITE SUPPORT, using one Magenta color in the same file. This does not mean every board needs white support.
If other artwork is flattened, preserve the cut and any white-support information as vectors. This is a layer-role reference, not a cut template or a specification of ink order.
Adopted preparation reference from the Axiom foam board helper dated 06/07/2021. White-support visibility, spot or process handling, output settings and material qualification are unspecified; confirm them for the job before exporting.

Foam board is offered in 3/16 or 1/2 inch thickness, in white or black. Select a listed size or a custom size within the displayed limits, then rectangle, square, circle or custom shape where available. Print the front or both sides. Grommet options are No, Top 2 Corners, 4 Corners or Custom. Confirm the mounting plan and exposure conditions before ordering. Rush: 1–2 business days (selected by default). Express: 5 business days. Standard: 10 business days. Production starts immediately after payment; delivery time is additional.
Custom foam-board cutouts and printed display boards
Choose the finished width and height first, then select 3/16 or 1/2 inch white or black foam board. The configurator includes rectangular, square, circular and custom shapes, with front-only or front-and-back printing. A photo mounted as wall art and a directional sign need different layouts even when they use the same board.
Keep important text and logos clear of the cut edge and any selected grommet holes. For a shaped board, provide an unambiguous outline and check that small protruding parts are practical to handle. Compare Coroplast if you need a different board construction rather than selecting solely by image size.

Which foam-board thicknesses, shapes and print sides are available?
Choose 3/16 or 1/2 inch white or black board, a listed or custom size, and an available rectangle, square, circle or custom shape. Print the front or both sides.
Which grommet layouts can I select?
Choose No grommets, Top 2 Corners, 4 Corners or Custom. Exact hole diameters and edge offsets are not listed, so confirm them for an existing mounting system.
What artwork files do you accept?
Use the file types listed beside the artwork upload. Supply a print-ready file at the correct size with the bleed and safe area required for your product. Artwork uploaded directly is attached as supplied; the Design Studio has a separate layout and export step. Attaching a file does not confirm that its colors, fonts or cut lines have passed production checks.
Do you ship foam board nationwide?
Yes — Angels Print offers nationwide shipping, with a shop in Sun Valley, California. Delivery options depend on the selected item and order. Pickup at our Sun Valley shop is always free. Delivery costs at least $50; higher calculated charges apply. Legacy delivery thresholds and promotion codes do not change that charge. We calculate the available delivery charge at checkout from your ZIP and the items in the order. Oversized items and freight may require a separate delivery quote — call (818) 806-9006 or request a quote at angelsprint.com/contact. The $50 minimum is not a fixed freight quote.
