About this product
Plain vinyl, printed smooth - this is the banner that goes up for a sidewalk sale, an outdoor event, or a grand opening. A flat face means photographs and gradients hold together instead of breaking up across the texture lines cheaper stock leaves behind. Standard sizes begin at 24 x 48 and reach 36 x 96; odd dimensions get cut to order. Grommets are set every 2FT, and 3 inch pole pockets can be added for rod hanging. When a date moves up, faster turnaround is available.
Smooth vinyl banner printing for Los Angeles orders
Choose a smooth vinyl banner when photographs, gradients or a clean flat face matter for a sidewalk sale, outdoor event or grand opening. Los Angeles customers can configure this product online on this page instead of starting with a separate custom-project request.
Select the available size, hanging options, quantity and turnaround in the configurator above, review the complete configuration, then use Buy now or add the configured banner to the cart. The choices stay attached to the product order.
Choose the size and hanging setup
The listed smooth banner sizes are 24 x 48, 33 x 81 and 36 x 96 inches, with custom dimensions available. Match the finished dimensions to the display location before preparing the artwork, especially when the banner must fit an existing wall, frame or opening.
Grommets every two feet and three-inch pole pockets are the listed hanging options for this product. Confirm the selected finishing in the configurator before adding the order to the cart.
Compare smooth vinyl with other banner materials
Smooth Vinyl is the material listed for this product. For a different solid-vinyl build, compare the Vinyl Banner product with 13oz. Matte and 16oz. Matte choices. For fencing, stadium railings or construction displays where air needs to pass through the graphic, compare the Mesh Banner product.
Fabric Banner is another option for trade show backdrops, storefront displays and other applications where a fabric face is preferred. Review the material and finishing offered on the specific product page rather than assuming that options transfer between banner types.

Questions about Smooth Banner
How much do custom smooth banners cost?
Custom smooth banners at Angels Print start at $1022.38. The final price depends on size, material, finish and quantity — the live online configurator on this page shows your exact price instantly as you choose options.
What material is best for outdoor banners and signs?
Match the material and mounting method to where the sign will be used. Flexible banners, rigid panels and window graphics have different installation requirements. Check the materials and finishing options on this product, and confirm suitability for your surface and exposure before ordering for outdoor use.
Can I order smooth banners in a custom size?
Yes. Choose Custom Size in the configurator and enter your dimensions within the displayed limits. Custom: 12–48 × 12–240 in; presets also available
How fast can I get smooth banners printed?
Choose Rush · 1–2 business days (default), Express · 5 business days or Standard · 10 business days. Manufacturing starts immediately after payment. Production time is independent of quantity; delivery time is additional.
What artwork files do you accept?
Use the file types listed beside the artwork upload. Supply a print-ready file at the correct size with the bleed and safe area required for your product. Artwork uploaded directly is attached as supplied; the Design Studio has a separate layout and export step. Attaching a file does not confirm that its colors, fonts or cut lines have passed production checks.
Do you ship smooth banners nationwide?
Yes — Angels Print offers nationwide shipping, with a shop in Sun Valley, California. Delivery options depend on the selected item and order. Pickup at our Sun Valley shop is always free. Delivery costs at least $50; higher calculated charges apply. Legacy delivery thresholds and promotion codes do not change that charge. We calculate the available delivery charge at checkout from your ZIP and the items in the order. Oversized items and freight may require a separate delivery quote — call (818) 806-9006 or request a quote at angelsprint.com/contact. The $50 minimum is not a fixed freight quote.
