How fast can I get a banner?
Standard is 3-5 business days from approved artwork. Rush is 24 hours on most sizes up to 4 x 8 ft, and if you are in the Valley you can pick it up the hour it comes off the machine instead of waiting on a courier.
Vinyl or mesh?
Anything attached to a fence, a scaffold or a rooftop rail should be mesh. Solid vinyl in that position is a sail: it either tears at the grommets or takes the fence with it. Mesh lets roughly a third of the wind through and reads the same from the street. Everything else — walls, storefronts, indoor stages — is vinyl.
What size file do you need?
A print-ready PDF at quarter scale with 100 dpi at final size is plenty; a 10 ft banner does not need a 10 ft file. Keep live text at least 3 inches inside the trim, and add 2 inches of bleed if you want pole pockets. Send what you have and we will tell you whether it holds up at size before we print it.
Do you hang it?
We finish it ready to hang — hems, grommets, pole pockets — and for storefront and event work in Los Angeles we install as well. Send the location with your quote request and we will price the install with the banner.
