✦ The app your regulars actually keep installed
Mobile App Development for Los Angeles businesses
Most small businesses do not need an app; the ones that do are the ones with regulars. A restaurant whose customers order weekly, a salon that lives on rebooking, a shop with a loyalty card people keep losing — those are the cases where an icon on a home screen beats a browser tab. Angels Print builds them from a single React Native codebase that ships to both the App Store and Google Play, wired to the same ordering and content backend as the website. There is one in build right now for the restaurant whose site we designed. Pricing is per project after a scoping call: an ordering app and a loyalty card are not the same amount of work, and quoting them at the same number would be a made-up figure.
iOS + Android
One codebase, both stores
Spec sheet
- Platform
- React Native / Expo — one codebase compiled to native iOS and Android builds
- Typical scope
- Menu or catalogue, ordering and payment, accounts, loyalty or stamp card, push notifications, booking
- Backend
- Shares the website's content and ordering backend, so the menu is edited once and changes in both
- Store submission
- App Store and Google Play accounts, listings, screenshots, review submission and resubmission handled for you
- Turnaround
- Scoping call, then a written scope with a fixed price and a build schedule. Store review adds up to two weeks at the end
- Priced
- Per project after scoping. There is no honest list price for this — see the note under the price table
What you get with Mobile App Development
- One React Native codebase producing real native builds for both stores, instead of two projects drifting apart
- Ordering, payment and accounts wired to the same backend as your website, so staff edit the menu once
- Push notifications for order status and offers — the reason an app beats a mobile site for a business with regulars
- Loyalty and stamp cards that live on the phone, alongside an Apple Wallet pass for the customers who will not install anything
- Store listing, screenshots, review submission and the inevitable resubmission handled here, not handed back to you as homework
- QR table tents, coupon cards and window stickers printed in the same shop, because an app with no install path is just an expense
What mobile app development costs

- Quoted per project
- Website to go with it
- $3,999
- Install-driver print
- See the catalogue
After a scoping call, as a fixed price in writing. An ordering app and a stamp card are not the same job, and publishing one number for both would be a made-up figure.
Flat, if there is no site yet. The app and the site then share one backend.
QR table tents, coupon cards and window stickers — priced online like any other print job.
How your mobile app development job runs
- 1
Scoping call
What the app has to do and who uses it. You get a written scope with a fixed price before anything is built — no number is quoted before this.
- 2
Design against the brand
Screens designed from your existing brand and website, reviewed on a real device rather than in a slide deck.
- 3
Build & test
Built as one codebase, tested on physical iPhone and Android hardware, with a TestFlight build in your hands while it is still changing.
- 4
Submit & launch
Store listings, screenshots and review submission handled here. We print the QR table tents and cards that get it installed.

Mobile App Development, run from Sun Valley
The team is at 8511 Lankershim Blvd, Sun Valley, CA 91352 — close enough to sit down with businesses across Sun Valley, Panorama City, Los Angeles, Van Nuys, North Hollywood, Burbank, Glendale, Reseda, Sherman Oaks, Encino, Northridge, Pacoima, and remote enough that nothing about this work needs you in the room. Most clients never visit; the ones nearby usually do once, because the same shop also prints their cards and their signage. Start with a quote or call and we will tell you whether this is what you actually need.

Questions about Mobile App Development
Why is there no price on this page?
Because there is no honest one to publish. A loyalty stamp card and a full ordering app with payments and accounts differ by more than an order of magnitude in work, and picking a headline number for both would mean quoting one of them wrong on purpose. You get a fixed price in writing after a scoping call, before any work starts.
Do I actually need an app?
Probably not, and we will say so. Apps earn their keep when customers come back weekly and the phone can do something a browser cannot — push notifications, a saved card, a loyalty balance, offline access. If you are trying to be found by new customers, a website and local search will do far more for the money.
Is it one app or two?
One codebase, two native builds. React Native compiles to real iOS and Android apps, which is why the price is not double and why a change lands on both platforms in the same week.
Who owns the app and the store listings?
You do. The App Store and Google Play developer accounts are registered in your business's name, and you hold the source code. We can maintain it or hand it to whoever you like.
