Bought this? Write a reviewA die-cut sticker is trimmed through both the vinyl and the backing along the exact outline of your artwork, so the shape you peel is the shape you designed. Kiss-cut leaves the sticker on a square backing sheet, which is easier to peel and better for packs and product seals. Die-cut looks cleaner as a standalone giveaway, but avoid thin spikes or narrow tails under about 1/8 inch — they tear when peeled.
Yes. We print on 3.2 mil white vinyl with a laminate over the ink, which is what makes them dishwasher-resistant on a bottle and scratch-resistant in a backpack. The adhesive is permanent, so it stays through outdoor sun and rain for several years but will leave residue if you pull it off a painted surface. For a sticker you plan to remove cleanly, ask us for removable adhesive instead.
We print in-house in Sun Valley, so 24-hour rush is available on most die-cut sticker orders, and truly same-day is possible on small runs of a single design if we have your print-ready file early in the day and the cut is simple. Vector is best — SVG, AI or PDF with the artwork in outlines. Add 1/8 inch bleed past the cut line and keep important text at least 1/8 inch inside it, since the cutter has a small tolerance. If you want to control the outline yourself, include a separate 100% magenta spot path named CutContour; otherwise we'll generate a contour around your art and show it to you on the proof before we cut.
