How this file has to be built

Bleed 0.125" · safety 0.125"

Backgrounds run 0.125" past the cut line so trimming never opens a white sliver; anything that must survive stays 0.125" inside it. The studio canvas is the cut line itself — magenta edge — and the dashed guide inside it is the safety margin.

300 DPI at final size

Small format is read at arm's length, so photos and logos need the full 300. One side or both, your choice at checkout.

• · Leave the top 0.5 in clear — a lanyard slot or hole is punched there.
• · Set the name at 24 pt or larger on the lanyard badge; it has to be legible at arm's length.
• · Names and roles are usually variable data: design one layout and supply the list when you order.
