The stock is a durable 30PT, offered in Clear, Frosted, or White, and a white ink layer sits beneath the full color so a logo stays vivid rather than washing out on a see-through card. Rounded corners at 1/8 inch are included on every one. Format holds at the familiar 3.5 x 2, and pockets and wallets treat these far more kindly than they treat a paper card. The stock is waterproof, tear-resistant and won't soften like paper, so see-through business cards survive wallets, tool bags and job sites far longer than 16pt card stock. Standard size stays 3.5" x 2"; rounded corners are a popular add-on because the sharp corners on plastic are noticeable.
Yes, for anything that has to stay solid. Plastic is see-through, so CMYK ink alone lets the background show through your logo and type — an opaque element needs a white ink layer printed underneath it. Send that as a separate spot layer named "White" in your PDF, or leave it to us and we'll build the white plate and send a proof before printing.
Clear is fully transparent glass-like plastic — dramatic, but small text can get lost against whatever is behind the card. Frosted plastic cards have a soft translucent haze that scatters light, so thin type and light colors read much better while you keep the see-through effect. If your design has fine lines, small print or a lot of white, frosted is the safer choice; if you want a true window effect, go clear and let us add white ink only where you need it.
