Custom Sticker Packs

Most customizable sticker packs run 4 to 12 different designs per set, and there's no extra plate or setup charge for adding another artwork to the pack. We gang all the designs on the same press sheet, so a 10-design pack costs the same to print as 10 copies of one design. Send each design as its own file and tell us the quantity per design — the configurator prices the whole set at once.

The default is 3.2 mil white vinyl with a laminate — matte for a soft, writable surface or gloss for punchier color. Both laminates are waterproof and UV-resistant, so packs sold at shows or shipped to customers hold up on laptops and water bottles. If the pack is a paper insert or a promo giveaway that won't get wet, we can run uncoated paper stock instead and save you money.

Yes. We print backing cards on 14 pt or 16 pt cardstock and can kit the stickers onto the card, then slip the set into a clear poly sleeve or a resealable bag. Sticker pack packaging is quoted separately from the stickers because it's hand-assembly labor — tell us your pack count and we'll price the kitting with the print job.

Price per pack drops sharply once you're past roughly 250 sets, and again at 1,000, because the vinyl press sheet and cut file get amortized across the run. Under 100 sets is still fine to order, just expect a higher unit cost. Standard turnaround on packs is 3–5 business days; kitted and bagged sets usually need the full 5 because of the hand assembly.
