About this product
Three sizes, all square: 2 x 2, 2.5 x 2.5, and 3 x 3, cut from 28PT coated stock built up in two layers so the edge shows real thickness. Design studios, boutiques, and salons tend to be the ones asking for this shape, often because a centered logo sits better in a square than in a rectangle. Soft touch lamination, raised spot UV, and shiny gold foil are the finishes that work hardest on a card this thick.
Choosing a 2 x 2, 2.5 x 2.5 or 3 x 3 inch square card
A centered logo fits a square card naturally, but the text still needs to work at the selected size. Start with the smallest type: contact details that fit comfortably on a 3 x 3 inch card may need a different layout at 2 x 2. Leave enough open space around the logo rather than simply shrinking a rectangular design.
The square shape does not require one particular stock. Choose from the listed coated, uncoated and linen options, including the 28PT two-layer stock, then compare foil, raised spot UV or lamination on the same build. Keep decorative borders clear of the rounded corners if that option is selected.
