About this product
A square format tells the recipient something before the flap is opened, which is why it gets used for invitations to a wedding, small-run mailers from boutiques, and greeting cards. Printing runs on 70# Uncoated Text, finished with a square flap, in 6.5 x 6.5, 6 x 6, and 5.25 x 5.25. One-color and full-color work both sit well on an uncoated sheet, and a pen writes on it cleanly when you address the batch by hand. Rush: 1–2 business days (selected by default). Express: 5 business days. Standard: 10 business days. Production starts immediately after payment; delivery time is additional.

Questions about Square Envelopes
How much do custom square envelopes cost?
Custom square envelopes at Angels Print start at $1000.36. The final price depends on size, material, finish and quantity — the live online configurator on this page shows your exact price instantly as you choose options.
Can Square Envelopes be printed on both sides?
Yes. Choose Both Sides under printed sides in the configurator. Front is also listed.
Can I order square envelopes in a custom size?
Choose from the preset options shown in the configurator. For a different size, request a custom quote before ordering so we can confirm what is possible.
How fast can I get square envelopes printed?
Choose Rush · 1–2 business days (default), Express · 5 business days or Standard · 10 business days. Manufacturing starts immediately after payment. Production time is independent of quantity; delivery time is additional.
What artwork files do you accept?
Use the file types listed beside the artwork upload. Supply a print-ready file at the correct size with the bleed and safe area required for your product. Artwork uploaded directly is attached as supplied; the Design Studio has a separate layout and export step. Attaching a file does not confirm that its colors, fonts or cut lines have passed production checks.
Do you ship square envelopes nationwide?
Yes — Angels Print offers nationwide shipping, with a shop in Sun Valley, California. Delivery options depend on the selected item and order. Pickup at our Sun Valley shop is always free. Delivery costs at least $50; higher calculated charges apply. Legacy delivery thresholds and promotion codes do not change that charge. We calculate the available delivery charge at checkout from your ZIP and the items in the order. Oversized items and freight may require a separate delivery quote — call (818) 806-9006 or request a quote at angelsprint.com/contact. The $50 minimum is not a fixed freight quote.
