About this product
Mailers trimmed to a custom outline instead of a rectangle, so the shape does part of the selling before anyone reads a word. Real estate agents farming a zip code, gyms announcing a grand opening, and shops running seasonal promos are the usual buyers. Stock choices include 18PT Coated 2 Sides and 18PT Metalized, with finished sizes from 4.25 x 5.5 up to 8.5 x 11. Raised foil, spot UV, and soft touch lamination are available on top of full color printing. Runs go from 50 pieces to 50,000. Delivery costs at least $50. The final charge is calculated by ZIP when available; oversized items and freight may need a separate quote. Pickup in Sun Valley is always free.

Questions about Die Cut Postcards
How much do custom die cut postcards cost?
Custom die cut postcards at Angels Print start at $1000.20. The final price depends on size, material, finish and quantity — the live online configurator on this page shows your exact price instantly as you choose options.
Can I order die cut postcards in a custom size?
Yes. Choose Custom Size in the configurator and enter your dimensions within the displayed limits. Custom: 2–9 × 2–12 in; presets also available
How fast can I get die cut postcards printed?
Choose Rush · 1–2 business days (default), Express · 5 business days or Standard · 10 business days. Manufacturing starts immediately after payment. Production time is independent of quantity; delivery time is additional.
What artwork files do you accept?
Use the file types listed beside the artwork upload. Supply a print-ready file at the correct size with the bleed and safe area required for your product. Artwork uploaded directly is attached as supplied; the Design Studio has a separate layout and export step. Attaching a file does not confirm that its colors, fonts or cut lines have passed production checks.
Do you ship die cut postcards nationwide?
Yes — Angels Print offers nationwide shipping, with a shop in Sun Valley, California. Delivery options depend on the selected item and order. Pickup at our Sun Valley shop is always free. Delivery costs at least $50; higher calculated charges apply. Legacy delivery thresholds and promotion codes do not change that charge. We calculate the available delivery charge at checkout from your ZIP and the items in the order. Oversized items and freight may require a separate delivery quote — call (818) 806-9006 or request a quote at angelsprint.com/contact. The $50 minimum is not a fixed freight quote.
