Wedding planners and brands mailing to a short, valuable list order these. Stock choices include 130# Epic Black Smooth Cover, 122# Black Plike, and 130# Brown Kraft, converted to #10, A-7, or a size you specify. Finishing covers soft touch lamination, raised foil, and white ink printed over dark paper so a return address still reads clean. Quantities run from 50 to 10,000. Printing and converting both happen at our Sun Valley shop, which keeps the flat sheet and the folded envelope under one roof.
Match a premium envelope to what goes inside
For an invitation or presentation, start with the insert and the way it will be removed. A card, folded letter and flat document need different clearances; fit a sample of the complete contents before approving an unusual size. If the inside is printed, orient the artwork for the opened envelope as well as the outside view.
Separate decorative areas from the recipient details. Foil, a dark stock and an inside print can make the envelope distinctive, but the address still needs a clear, readable area. For a simple business mailing with a window, compare the premade construction before choosing a custom-converted envelope.

Which specialty envelope sizes can I configure?
The presets are #10, A-7 and a booklet envelope that opens on its 12 inch edge. Custom Size is also available within the configurator’s limits. Match the finished envelope to the dimensions and thickness of the insert before preparing the artwork.
Can I order printed envelopes with a window here?
This custom-made envelope configurator does not list a window option. For standard window envelopes, use the Premade Envelopes product, where window placement and the insert need to be checked together.
Can I print the inside as well as the outside?
Yes. Choose Outside or Outside & Inside in the Printed Sides options. These specialty envelopes also offer selected gloss, matte and soft-touch finishes, digital or raised foil on the outside, and raised spot UV; available combinations depend on the stock.
What should I confirm before using these envelopes for a mailing?
Give your mailing provider the finished envelope size, stock and insert before printing. Reserve the address and postage areas in the design, and confirm any required barcode space or mailing template with that provider. Decorative finishes do not establish postal eligibility.
What makes an envelope a specialty envelope?
Stock, size and decorative finishing distinguish a specialty envelope from a standard white mailing envelope. This product offers black smooth or linen cover, Black Plike, brown kraft and metalized stock alongside white paper choices. Match the insert and the recipient experience to the stock rather than choosing a finish alone.
How can I compare the cost of custom-made and premade envelopes?
Compare the same finished size, print sides and quantity in the two configurators. Custom-made envelopes offer cover stocks and specialty finishing; premade envelopes offer standard mailing formats and a window option. Current totals are shown online for each selection; different constructions should not be compared as though only the quantity changes.
What artwork files do you accept?
Use the file types listed beside the artwork upload. Supply a print-ready file at the correct size with the bleed and safe area required for your product. Artwork uploaded directly is attached as supplied; the Design Studio has a separate layout and export step. Attaching a file does not confirm that its colors, fonts or cut lines have passed production checks.
Do you ship luxury custom envelopes nationwide?
Yes — Angels Print offers nationwide shipping, with a shop in Sun Valley, California. Delivery options depend on the selected item and order. Pickup at our Sun Valley shop is always free. Delivery costs at least $50; higher calculated charges apply. Legacy delivery thresholds and promotion codes do not change that charge. We calculate the available delivery charge at checkout from your ZIP and the items in the order. Oversized items and freight may require a separate delivery quote — call (818) 806-9006 or request a quote at angelsprint.com/contact. The $50 minimum is not a fixed freight quote.
