About this product
A printed envelope announces who sent it before the flap is opened. Stock is 70# uncoated text, which takes a pen cleanly if someone adds a handwritten note. Formats cover #10 standard, A-7, booklet, and catalog, and a window can be specified for invoices and statements. The front prints black and white or full color. Hand us a mailing list and variable data addresses the run as it prints. Quantities of 50 through 50,000 come off our presses in Los Angeles.
Choose business, invitation or document envelopes
Use #10 or #9 for the corresponding business-mail format, A2, A6 or A7 for an appropriately sized invitation, and the listed booklet or catalog sizes for documents. Match the actual insert before choosing the envelope. The window option also needs the address block to line up with the opening after the contents are folded and inserted.
Variable Data is available for changing recipient information across the run. Supply consistent address records and confirm the placement on the selected envelope size; an address layout for a #10 should not be reused unchanged on a different format.
Express envelope printing: confirm the complete schedule
This product lists 5 business day, 3 business day and Express production options. A next-day mailing deadline includes preparation and delivery as well as printing, so confirm the available production choice for your configuration before scheduling the mailing. Selecting Express is not a promise of next-day delivery.

What artwork files do you accept?
Use the file types listed beside the artwork upload. Supply a print-ready file at the correct size with the bleed and safe area required for your product. Artwork uploaded directly is attached as supplied; the Design Studio has a separate layout and export step. Attaching a file does not confirm that its colors, fonts or cut lines have passed production checks.
Do you ship envelopes premade nationwide?
Yes — Angels Print offers nationwide shipping, with a shop in Sun Valley, California. Delivery options depend on the selected item and order. Pickup at our Sun Valley shop is always free. Delivery costs at least $50; higher calculated charges apply. Legacy delivery thresholds and promotion codes do not change that charge. We calculate the available delivery charge at checkout from your ZIP and the items in the order. Oversized items and freight may require a separate delivery quote — call (818) 806-9006 or request a quote at angelsprint.com/contact. The $50 minimum is not a fixed freight quote.
