About this product
Built for mailing lists rather than counter displays, these postcards print in full color on 16PT Coated 2 Sides or a natural 100# Linen. Sizes start at 4 x 6 and reach 8.5 x 11, which leaves room for the offer plus an address block. Raised foil or spot UV adds weight to the front when a piece needs to look premium. Variable data printing personalizes names, offers, or redemption codes across the whole run. Rush: 1–2 business days (selected by default). Express: 5 business days. Standard: 10 business days. Production starts immediately after payment; delivery time is additional.

Questions about Direct Mail Postcards
How much do custom direct mail postcards cost?
Custom direct mail postcards at Angels Print start at $1000.18. The final price depends on size, material, finish and quantity — the live online configurator on this page shows your exact price instantly as you choose options.
Can I use these for EDDM postcards?
Yes, when the finished piece meets the current USPS EDDM size rules; an ordinary 4 x 6 postcard is not automatically an EDDM piece. These postcards run from 4 x 6 up to 8.5 x 11 inches, including custom sizes. Enter the quantity in the configurator; the product minimum applies. Check the finished size and stock with the USPS EDDM Size Checker before building the artwork, and use the current USPS indicia rather than a decorative stamp graphic.
Can I order direct mail postcards in a custom size?
Yes. Choose Custom Size in the configurator and enter your dimensions within the displayed limits. Custom: 4–8.5 × 6–11 in; presets also available
How fast can I get direct mail postcards printed?
Choose Rush · 1–2 business days (default), Express · 5 business days or Standard · 10 business days. Manufacturing starts immediately after payment. Production time is independent of quantity; delivery time is additional.
What artwork files do you accept?
Use the file types listed beside the artwork upload. Supply a print-ready file at the correct size with the bleed and safe area required for your product. Artwork uploaded directly is attached as supplied; the Design Studio has a separate layout and export step. Attaching a file does not confirm that its colors, fonts or cut lines have passed production checks.
Do you ship direct mail postcards nationwide?
Yes — Angels Print offers nationwide shipping, with a shop in Sun Valley, California. Delivery options depend on the selected item and order. Pickup at our Sun Valley shop is always free. Delivery costs at least $50; higher calculated charges apply. Legacy delivery thresholds and promotion codes do not change that charge. We calculate the available delivery charge at checkout from your ZIP and the items in the order. Oversized items and freight may require a separate delivery quote — call (818) 806-9006 or request a quote at angelsprint.com/contact. The $50 minimum is not a fixed freight quote.
