This estimate uses one rectangular arrangement with the same allowance on all six faces. Use it to confirm the usable interior dimensions of your box. Opening size, folds, board thickness, tolerances and shipping dimensions need the actual box specification. This tool does not select a matching catalog size or create an artwork dieline.
Straight tuck dieline reference
This project design reference uses outside width 1 in × depth 0.5 in × height 4 in. The catalog lists these as width × height × depth: 1 × 4 × 0.5 in. It adopts nominal 14pt board (0.3556 mm) and an 8 mm glue seam. The catalog dimensions are not confirmed as inside or outside measurements; this download explicitly uses an outside design basis.
Inside space is measured between inner faces. Outside dimensions are measured across the assembled outer faces. The ideal two-wall inside estimate for this project reference is 24.6888 × 11.9888 × 100.8888 mm; folds, glue and closures can reduce usable capacity. It is not a measured fit guarantee. Score-centre spans are construction allowances, described on page 2 of the PDF.
This project reference applies to catalog size 1 × 4 × 0.5 in (W × H × D), Straight Tuck-End, 14PT coated outside, outside-only printing and gloss outside, without foil or raised UV. Other selections require their own dieline.
Before final artwork, request the production dieline for the exact size, stock, tuck direction and finishing. Confirm its dimension basis, cut/score/glue legend, bleed, safe area and fit tolerance. The vendor’s dimension convention for SKU 713 remains unknown. This project reference does not identify the existing production die.

About this product
Choose Straight or Reverse Tuck-End construction and a listed three-dimensional size or a custom size within the configurator limits. Stocks include 14PT, 16PT and 18PT coated board, uncoated cover stocks, metalized board and brown kraft. Print sides, finish, foil and raised spot UV depend on the selected stock. One fold-and-glue option is listed. The size fields do not identify interior versus exterior dimensions, and an approved production dieline is needed before final artwork or a fitted insert is designed.
Custom folding cartons: straight-tuck or reverse-tuck
Straight Tuck-End and Reverse Tuck-End are the listed styles. Decide how the product will enter the carton and how the customer will open it, then use the corresponding size template. Keep the front-panel artwork oriented to the intended display position; changing the closure style can change how the panels are laid out.
Measure the actual product before setting the carton dimensions, including any insert or protective wrapping. Choose the stock, print sides and finishing on that same configuration. A folding retail carton is a different construction from a corrugated shipping mailer, so establish any separate transit packaging before ordering.

Are the tuck-top size values usable interior dimensions?
The online size choices are 1 x 4 x 0.5, 1.96 x 5.1 x 2, 1.55 x 4.96 x 1.55 inches or custom dimensions. The configuration does not label them as interior or exterior. Confirm usable interior dimensions and the correct approved dieline before designing a close-fitting insert.
Can I choose straight or reverse tuck and print inside?
Yes. Box Style offers Straight Tuck-End and Reverse Tuck-End. Printed Sides offers Outside Only, Outside and Inside, or No Print; available color and finish combinations depend on the paper stock.
What artwork files do you accept?
Use the file types listed beside the artwork upload. Supply a print-ready file at the correct size with the bleed and safe area required for your product. Artwork uploaded directly is attached as supplied; the Design Studio has a separate layout and export step. Attaching a file does not confirm that its colors, fonts or cut lines have passed production checks.
Do you ship tuck top boxes nationwide?
Yes — Angels Print offers nationwide shipping, with a shop in Sun Valley, California. Delivery options depend on the selected item and order. Pickup at our Sun Valley shop is always free. Delivery costs at least $50; higher calculated charges apply. Legacy delivery thresholds and promotion codes do not change that charge.
