Countertop Easel Displays templates

An easel-back display is a rigid panel with a folding foot — the point-of-sale sign that stands next to a register. It prints direct to white PVC or foam on the flatbed, so the colour sits on the surface and stays sharp at reading distance. The 8.5 × 11 inch panel is the default because it is the one that fits every counter without dominating it.

Picked for a trade

Same library, narrowed to one kind of business, with the copy, the quantities and the stock advice that trade actually needs.

100 starting layouts, drawn for 8.5 × 11"

Each one opens in the studio as editable layers. The wording is a placeholder — replace it with yours and the layout holds.

Sizes we print

7 sizes in 6 proportions — a layout survives a change of size, not a change of proportion, which is why the grid above is drawn for the size marked below.

How this file has to be built

Bleed 0.125" · safety 0.125"
Backgrounds run 0.125" past the cut line so trimming never opens a white sliver; anything that must survive stays 0.125" inside it. The studio canvas is the cut line itself — magenta edge — and the dashed guide inside it is the safety margin.
150 DPI at final size
Large format is read from a distance, so 150 DPI in size is the honest number — more is wasted file, not sharper print. Printed on one side.
White underbase layer
These ride as separate masks, not as part of the artwork: 100% black where the layer lands, white where it does not. Design the ink in the studio and send the mask alongside it.
  • · Substrate is 1/8 in white PVC or 3/16 in white foam — the flatbed lays a White underbase before the colour.
  • · The easel foot is taped to the back; nothing on the face is lost, but the panel leans, so avoid ultra-thin type at the bottom edge.

What it costs printed

Prices are the catalogue entry point for each item, computed by the same engine that charges at checkout. Stock, finish, size and quantity move the number — the configurator on each page shows it live.

Countertop Easel Displays questions

Is the back printed?
No. The easel foot is mounted on the back, so these are single-sided panels. If you need both faces, order two panels or use a table tent card instead.
Which size for a checkout counter?
8.5 × 11 or 9 × 12 inches. Smaller than that gets lost among the impulse buys, larger blocks the customer's view of the till.
