How do solid, mesh and blockout banners differ?
Vinyl Banner and Smooth Banner use solid vinyl. Mesh Banner has a weave that lets air pass through, while Blockout Vinyl Banner and Double Sided Banner use an opaque 18 oz blockout construction to keep opposite faces from showing through.
Which hanging finishes are listed for these banners?
Depending on the product, the listed choices include grommets, hemmed edges and pole pockets. Pole Banner includes top and bottom pole pockets and also lists optional windslits and mounting hardware.
Which mesh banner sizes do you print?
Mesh comes in two formats, 240 x 96 and 240 x 72 inches, hemmed on all four sides with grommets every two feet. Add 3-inch pole pockets top and bottom if a pole should run through them. It is made for outdoor mounting in full sun. Rush · 1–2 business days (default), Express · 5 business days or Standard · 10 business days. Manufacturing starts immediately after payment. Production time is independent of quantity; delivery time is additional.
What size file do you need?
A print-ready PDF at quarter scale with 100 dpi at final size is plenty; a 10 ft banner does not need a 10 ft file. Keep live text at least 3 inches inside the trim, and add 2 inches of bleed if you want pole pockets. Send what you have and we will tell you whether it holds up at size before we print it.
