Folder & Booklet Printing
This group includes Pocket Folders, Presentation Folder and Saddle Stitch Booklets. Pocket Folders combine two pockets, a business-card slit and soft touch lamination on 16PT Coated 2 Sides. Presentation Folder also holds loose documents in two interior pockets, with an outside UV high-gloss finish. Saddle Stitch Booklets bind folded sheets through the spine for catalogs, programs and lookbooks, with selectable inside stocks and cover choices.
A folded brochure is one sheet scored into three or four panels. A booklet is eight pages or more, saddle-stitched down the spine. A pocket folder holds loose sheets you will update.

Booklet and catalog printing: specify the edition
A product catalog, a company booklet and a magazine may use a similar printed format, but their content needs differ. Catalogs need readable product details and consistent image placement; program booklets need an accurate running order; recurring magazines need a clear issue date and version.
For a print quote, include the final trim size, total page count, whether that count includes the cover, quantity and preferred binding. Supply pages in reading order and identify any separate cover file. Check page numbers, contents references and product information before approving the edition.
Questions about Folders & Booklets
Which folder products include a business-card slit?
Pocket Folders and Presentation Folder both list a slit for holding a business card, along with pockets on both interior sides.
How are Saddle Stitch Booklets bound?
Saddle Stitch Booklets use folded sheets stapled through the spine. Selectable totals run from 8 to 64 pages in 4-page steps, including four cover pages.
Which inside stocks are listed for the booklets?
Saddle Stitch Booklets offer 100# Gloss Text, 100# Silk Text or 70# Uncoated for inside pages. A 14PT Cover (Coated 2 Sides) is available with eligible inside stocks.
Why is a folded brochure quoted instead of priced online?
Because the fold is the cost, and the catalogue has no SKU for it yet. A tri-fold and a Z-fold on the same sheet at the same quantity are different prices, and the stock changes it again. Send quantity, stock and fold and you get a firm number the same day — it is a quote, not a runaround.
Should I send spreads or single pages?
Single pages, in reading order, one PDF. We impose them for the press ourselves. Sending pre-imposed spreads is the most common way a booklet comes back with its pages in the wrong order.
Can you do perfect binding instead of staples?
Saddle stitch is what we run in-house, and it is the right binding up to roughly seventy-two pages. Above that the spine stops lying flat and perfect bound book printing is the route to review — send the page count through the quote form and we will price it out rather than staple something that should not be stapled.
How do I get an image to run across the middle of a spread?
Send single pages with full 1/8" bleed on all four edges and place the image so it bleeds off the inside edge of both pages. We handle the imposition. Do not pre-build spreads — that is how the gutter ends up misaligned.
