Envelope Printing
This group covers Envelopes Premade, Full Bleed Envelopes, Luxury Custom Envelopes, Remittance Envelopes and Square Envelopes. Choose Envelopes Premade for standard formats and a window option, Full Bleed Envelopes for edge-to-edge color, or Luxury Custom Envelopes for dark stocks and specialty finishes. Remittance Envelopes fit reply mail, while Square Envelopes suit invitations, mailers and greeting cards.
Color can run full bleed to the edge instead of stopping at a white border, windows are available for billing work, and variable data addresses the run as it prints.

Questions about Envelopes
Which envelope products offer a window option?
Envelopes Premade and Full Bleed Envelopes list a window option. Luxury Custom Envelopes do not list one in their configurator.
Which choices work for handwritten addressing?
Envelopes Premade, Full Bleed Envelopes, Remittance Envelopes and Square Envelopes use uncoated stocks described as writable with a pen.
Which product supports printing inside the envelope?
Luxury Custom Envelopes can print Outside or Outside & Inside. Full Bleed Envelopes can also be printed outside only or on both sides.
What is a remittance envelope?
The small reply envelope that rides inside a statement or a fundraising letter, so the person answering already has something to put the check in. Standard formats are 6 3/4 and #9. They print on 24# white uncoated text, which takes ballpoint and gel ink without smearing when someone fills in an amount or an account number.
Do you address them for us?
Yes. Send a mailing list as a CSV or spreadsheet and variable data addressing puts each name on as the run prints, in mailing order. That is one job instead of printing blanks and running them through a second time.
Do you make specialty envelopes — non-standard sizes, dark stock, foil?
Yes, as custom-made envelopes. Those are printed flat and converted afterwards, so the size can be any whole-inch width and height from 2" to 12" — squares, oversized announcement formats, anything a stock blank does not come in. Stock choices include 130# Epic Black Smooth and Epic Black Linen, 122# Black Plike, metalized cover and 130# brown kraft, and on every dark stock the press runs full colour plus white so a return address still reads. Digital or raised foil in gold, silver, copper, rose gold, holographic or pearl goes on the outside, and soft touch or matte lamination on top of that. The selected configurator shows the available minimum quantity and full run price.
How far ahead should a mailing be ordered?
Rush · 1–2 business days (default), Express · 5 business days or Standard · 10 business days. Manufacturing starts immediately after payment. Production time is independent of quantity; delivery time is additional. For a seasonal campaign, work backwards from the date you want it in mailboxes and add time for the mail house and for postal transit — those take longer than the printing does.
